I was being put in a difficult position yesterday.
What is my priority? Perfect score or morale?

I'd really want to try to let everyone to be happy, but another thing, which is the perfect score is bothering me. I was given the choice, to gamble or to motivate. I feared to fail, I choose not to gamble. The risk and its consequences are too huge for me to take it. I don't want any disappointment. I grumbled. Why when other people was in charge, there seemed to be no troubles or problems, and why when I was in charge, there's always lots of troubles and problems? I gotten a reply that says, 'You don't know what they face behind.' It's true.

Now, Can we work hard together and win the war?
